You have the right to return a product and get a full refund within 30 days from receiving the goods.
This also includes swimwear, as long as hangtags and hygien protection still is attached to the item.
We are unable to take back products that have been processed, damaged or used.
If you added a donation to One Tree Planted when checking out your order, and then return your order, the donation will not be refunded. All donations are final and are not refundable.
We do not accept returns of purchased gift cards or donations.
