Welcome to DEDICATED. The following terms and conditions guide the use of and commerce in our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at DEDICATED.
1 - General
You can shop our product through our online shop. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at [email protected]. All merchandise remains our property until payment is fulfilled. Any attempts of frauds will be reported to the police. DEDICATED reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. DEDICATED holds the right to have minor deviations related how material, color, prints, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online shop. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.
2 - Customer information
Customer information is such as name, address, phone number and email address which is needed to complete your order. you as customer is responsible for giving the correct information. DEDICATED do not take responsibility over orders not delivered due to the wrong information.
3 – Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by DHL, FedEx or UPS depending on the country you reside in. We have different shipping and delivery options for different countrys and you can see your choices in the checkout. You will receive a tracking link along with your Shipping Confirmation. The order will be sent to the address you fill in at the checkout. Price, currency, VAT and shipping fee will be adjusted depending on the shipping country. We ship all orders from Sweden.
a. Delivery time and shipping fee
Estimated delivery time is 2-7 working days depending on shipping country. Shipping fee will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.
b1. Uncollected packages
We will charge a minimum of 30€/30$/299NOK/299DKK plus shipping costs for declined items, e.g. if you refuse to sign or will not pick up the order at your pick-up point. The fee may vary depending of the value of your initial order.
If you change your mind about things you ordered contact our customer service immediately. You still have to collect your package and return it back to us. Damaged goods shall be reported at the pick-up point.
This also applies for shipments where the customer refuse to pay import duties and VAT issued by the local custom authorities.
If you notice the damage after receiving the package please contact our customer service. When returning it you are responsible for the goods.
b2. Fees for non accepted deliveries on orders shipped to the United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the UK that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of £135.
This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.

c. Customs and import fees
You will be charged all costs for customs and import fees to your selected shipping country, make sure you understand what rules and fees apply by contacting relevant authority.
Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all products up to 3000 NOK.
Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.
No custom fees on these products (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.

4 - Payment
You have the following options:

- Paypal
- Residents within Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands & Norway are also offered the option to pay by invoice through our partner Klarna
When using credit card you pay immediately at checkout. When the package arrives you pick it up at your local pick-up point. All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. DEDICATED reserves the right to cancel, hold on to or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. DEDICATED can also demand you to confirm the order separately by mail sent to the invoice address before your order is delivered.
The prices stated on the website at moment of purchase is the price that applies. When finalizing your order, you accept the price.
5 – Returns, exchanges and complaints
Swedish law is applied, according to the right of reclamation and returns see Konsumentverkets homepage for more information. You have the right to return a product and get a full refund or exchange the product, within 30 days from receiving the goods. If you change your mind about a product you have to contact our customer service within this time. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund, and we are not able to refund non received returns.

Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. Gift cards are not possible to return.
Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the money to be in your account. In the event of a regular re-purchase, the customer is responsible for the return postage. In case of misdelivery or complaint, Dedicated stands for return postage.
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of 135€/135$/135£ for TAX and Custom costs, administration costs and double shipping costs. If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order. This appeals to orders from non EU countries.
Returns from outside EU must be marked as a return and with the actual value of the returned goods, to be cleared in Swedish customs.
We offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

Returns from a non EU country
When returning an order from a non EU country, you must place three copies of the invoice in a plastic AWB pouch, visible on the outside of the return packaging. This is to guarantee clearance in customs.

DEDICATED do not take responsibility for any returns, where this has not been followed and do not take responsibility for any unforeseen expenses.
6 - Refunds
You will recieve your refund via the same payment method as when you placed your order. It may take up to 7 days before the money reaches your account. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with any labels or tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should include the completed returns note with an order reference number and your contact details. Unidentified returns may not be eligible for a refund.
DEDICATED can not refund an amount higher than the amount of the original order.
a. Faulty goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For faulty items DEDICATED will make a full refund to you, including for return shipping, as soon as possible. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If it cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund including for shipping and return. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
b. Donation connected to you purchase
If you did a donation to One Tree Planted together with you purchase, an eventual refund will not contain this amount.
You will be refunded for your purchased items, and not the total worth of items plus donation.
7 - Security
All information concerning your credit card is encrypted and secured. Most web browsers use symbols or the guide https:// to show that the page you are visiting is secured. DEDICATED co-operate with Auriga AB for redemption of credit card payments. According to Swedish law (PUL) DEDICATED has to have your approval before handling your personal information. Receiving your personal information helps us to give you good customer service and updates. We will not leave or sell your personal information to third-parties without your permission.
