About Aadhava:

Aadhava Apparels is our main supplier for heavy knit garments made in organic cotton, and light jersey made of Fairtrade and Organic Cotton. They are a small business with over 15 years of experience in the clothing industry, with a CMT factory for light jersey and a knitting factory for heavy knits. They started working with certified organic cotton back in 2009, and today 80% of their cotton production is organic. They installed solar panels on their CMT factory a couple years ago and are always looking for ways to reduce their energy use.

Aadhava Apparels invests in social programs for the employees, such as financing medical insurance. They're paying living wages to their workers which are higher than the minimum wages of Industrial benchmark described by Indian Labour. This allows them to cover all their living expenses.
