Dedicated Repair Program
Is the zipper on your winter jacket broken? Or maybe the seam on your favorite dress? Don’t worry— with Dedicated Repair Program, you can easily save your favorite garments.
The best way to consume fashion more sustainably is to wear your clothes longer. That means repairing them instead of discarding them. Repairing is one of the key elements of a circular economy and something brands need to get better at promoting. As part of this, we have partnered with several tailors in Stockholm, allowing you to repair your clothes and extend their lifespan. As a thank-you for participating in our repair program, we reward you with 30% off your next purchase at Dedicated.
The rules are simple:
1. Drop off any garment for repair at one of our partner locations. The repair cost is covered by you. The more complex the garment/fabric, the higher the cost—check with the tailor for an exact price.
2. Once you’ve picked up your repaired item, take a photo of the receipt and email it to [email protected]. Scan the QR code from the tailor and answer a few questions—it only takes about 2 minutes.
3. Receive your 30% Dedicated discount via email.
Our repair program is all about encouraging you to take care of your clothes instead of throwing them away or buying new ones. However, we know that getting to a tailor might feel like a whole lot of work, and we hope Dedicated Repair Program can change that. This is also our way of testing a potential permanent repair program in the future—so all feedback is welcome!
Details and Conditions:
• The goal of this campaign is to encourage repairs by offering a 30% discount coupon for future purchases on our website. Participants will cover the repair costs themselves.
• Repair costs may vary depending on the garment and the type of repair needed. Our partners recommend checking with them in person for an accurate price estimate.
• You can bring any clothing item for repair—it does not have to be a Dedicated piece, but the program applies to clothing only.
• The tailor is fully responsible for the quality of the repair. Any issues should be addressed directly with them.
• It is essential to take a photo of your receipt so we can verify that you used one of our partners.
• If the QR code does not work at the tailor’s shop or if you haven't sent us a receipt and answered the survey:
1. Email the receipt to customer service, 2. Take 2 minutes to answer these questions: Feedback on the repair program (link).
After participating in the campaign – here’s how to get your discount coupon:
