Do you ship to my country?

Very likely, we ship to most countries in the world, just use the dropdown at the checkout to find your country.



Where is my order being shipped from?

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden.



How much do I pay for shipping?

The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country, and we offer free shipping on bigger orders as stated below:

Sweden – 499 SEK
Denmark – 600 DKK
Norway – 1000 NOK
UK – 70 GBP
Germany - 80 EUR
Europe – 100 EUR
Global – 150 USD


Budbee box delivery and UPS Pick Up Point is our free of charge alternatives, depending on country and zip code. With which alternative we offering free shipping, is showed to you after you entered your zip code at check out.

Home deliveries are not covered by free shipping.



How is my order shipped?

We ship world wide with DHL, UPS, Budbee Box delivery and FedEx depending on which country you order from.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.



For how long is my parcel at Parcel Service?

DHL and Budbee will keep your parcel for seven (7) days before they return your parcel to Dedicated. 
Therefore, we recommend that you pick up your parcel as quick as possible after you received your delivery notification.



What happens if I do not pick up my delivery?

Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of minimum 299 NOK/299 DKK/30€/30$ for administration and return shipping. If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order.



Fees for non accepted deliveries on orders shipped to the United Kingdom

Orders shipped to the UK that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of £135.

This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all orders up to 3000 NOK.
Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.
No custom fees on these orders (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.
