Where is my order being shipped from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse from Sweden.
Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
How much is international taxes and duties?
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Do you have a Norwegian VOEC number?
Dedicateds VOEC number is 2054736.
Customers from Norway will pay 25% VAT directly to Dedicated on all orders up to 3000 NOK.
Dedicated will declare the VAT directly to the Norwegian government.
No custom fees on these orders (up to 3000 NOK) will be issued.
What happens if I refuse to pay additional taxes and duties?
Non accepted deliveries that are being sent back to DEDICATED is not a legitimate return. If you do not accept your order upon delivery, you will be charged a cost of 135€/135$/135£ for TAX and Custom costs, administration costs and double shipping costs. If you no longer wish for your products, you need to accept the delivery and personally send it back, to be able to get a refund for your order.

Orders shipped to the UK that are being declined at delivery due to additional costs for importing goods from outside UK will be issued with a fee of £135.
This is to cover all costs the order will be issued with when being returned to us.
